Rental Policies
Tanglwood actively promotes a smoke-free environment in the condos and buildings. We ask that all owners and guests refrain from smoking in condos. Contact the front desk regarding designated smoking areas.
There is a $250.00 Room Recovery Fee for smoking in the condos.
Sorry, we do not allow pets at the Resort.
There is a $250.00 per day fine that is strictly enforced.
Advance deposit required at time of booking.
Check-in is at 4:00 p.m. and Check-out is 10:00 a.m.
48 hour cancellation notice is required for a full refund.
