Check-in:
Check-in begins at 4:00 p.m. Units are not available for occupancy until then and your cooperation with this policy insures proper cleaning and maintenance of all units.
Inventory:
Please check the inventory sheet in your condo to be sure that the items listed are in the condo. If anything is missing or damaged, please contact the Front Desk within 48 hours of arrival.
Housekeeping:
Staff is available for a mid-week cleaning for an additional fee. Condos will be “spruced up” and clean linens provided. Please call the Front Desk for pricing and to schedule a cleaning.
Check-out:
Check-out is at 10:00 a.m. and is strictly enforced. Late departures are subject to a partial or full day charge. Please double check your condo for all personal items.
Before Departing:
Please put all rubbish in one of the dumpsters in your area. Put all recyclables in a marked “Recycle” dumpster. Soiled dishes should be place in the dishwasher with detergent and the was cycle started. Strip the beds and place linens/bath towels into linen bags provided. Thank you.
